When Columbus discovered the Americas, what negative effects did they have on the natives?
I mean like after the arrival of Europeans what negative effects did they have on the natives.

Enslavement, manipulation and exploitation, brought disease that wipe out most of them.

Note: The Caribbean islands are considered part of the Americas and there were natives living on the island when Columbus arrived in Hispaniola
