Question by Adsf A: Is there such a thing as addiction to video games and a withdrawal?
Sometimes when i play xbox for 4+ hours i literally feel dizzy and tired and depressed. I think its because i am going through withdrawal. This is no joke. Can video games be a drug?

Video games aren’t a drug, but they can have a similar effect on the brain. It is possible to become addicted to a video game. Your symptoms seem in the realm of possibility, except for the dizziness.
