Can You Get a Bloody Nose From Any Drug Withdrawal?

Question by Sydney: Can you get a bloody nose from any drug withdrawal?
My boyfriend has a history of drug abuse, but he is currently in rehab. He gets drug tested twice a month, and he swears he isn’t abusing anymore, but he’s had two horrible bloody noses in the past week. I would like to know if there is another reason beyond drug abuse for the bloody noses.

my boyfriend always got nose bleeds when he would snort coke. When he wasn’t abusing drugs though, he never got nose bleeds. I think your boyfriend needs to be drug tested way more than only twice a month. And he should probably see a doctor to make sure he doesn’t have a hole in his sinuses from his drug abuse…
