Question by MM24: What are the signs/symptons during the first few weeks if you become preg.?

i’ve had an upset stomach for a while now and felt really sick and had stomach pains and such, but never actually throw up. its almost like bad pms sometimes….
period is late.
i thought it was coming but it isn’t.
i’ve had other small signs but cant really tell..

The symptoms of early pregnancy are exactly like PMS.
