Question by Jimmy L: Chemical preparation of meth?
First of all, I am a chemistry major in college. I am aware of physical and psychological dangers of meth and other drugs. I would never even think of using any of that poisonous junk. What I am curious about is the process of preparation of meth. Would it be illegal for me to search online on how to cook meth? My interest is to find out how the meth molecule is made out of the ingredients and how it is similar to the dopamine molecule naturally produced by the brain.
Once again, I would never, ever get involved with drugs, but I was thinking about doing a research project on this out of curiosity. If this is against the law, then I will stay away from it.
