Yes. Hallucinations are not the first or most common effect of crystal meth, however. Crystal Meth is primarily a stimulant, and sufficiently high doses of powerful stimulants can cause psychotic behavior, “schizophrenia-like” behavior, and hallucinations. You should be able to find lots of information on it from google and wikipedia. (By the way, I think it is one of the worst and most addictive of drugs)
