Question by maine_vampire2006: What are the signs and symptons of appendicitis?
I have a terrible pain in my stomach. I have had a lot of gas but it doesn’t relieve the pain. I feel like i had a fever and the chills. Im also very tired.
I also have pain in my back.

Pain, particularly in the lower right quadrant. Pain elsewhere, or generalized, suggests something other than appendicitis, and excessive gas is a possibility.
