i don’t know if i should take my adderall script, but does taking amphetamine for adhd at the dosage the doctor told me to be on, i wanted to know if it causes brain damage like meth
i just heard it damages the things that make dopamine

No, not directly. Heart damage is far more likely. You could still get brain damage as a result of a heart attack or stroke from the amphetamines though.
