Doctors have noticed that the George Bush of the past was brighter and sharper. Now the evidence shows that Bush has signs of presenile dementia.

Are these symptoms due to years of cocain and alcohol abuse? Is this the reason Bush sounds like a crack head. Can this be the reason for idiotic decisions and record low approval ratings.

Bush said “he talked to god and god said invade Iraq”. Most people thought he was full of crap, but could it be that in his messed up mind he actually thought he was talking to god?
