Judge Drops Elton John Threat Case
ATLANTA — The trial for a man charged with threatening singer Elton John was dropped Monday in Atlanta. Prosecutors said Neal Horsely posted threats against John online. The prosecutors say he picketed outside John’s Buckhead condominium with a sign that said “Why Elton John Must Die.”
