A Curious Legal Question? [Ten Points Best Answer]?

So many people go around the country representing drug rehabilitation organizations, and they share their experiences. Many, if not all of these people openly admit to using or selling illegal drugs, such as marijuana, heroine, cocaine… etc. Don’t get me wrong — I think it’s great that these people are going around the country trying to prevent youth from using drugs, but… from a purely legal standpoint and out of curiosity, why is it that these people aren’t in jail? I mean, it is illegal to use or sell illegal drugs, right? So how are they able to openly admit and lecture on this kind of stuff without any legal repercussions?
