Restraining Order Question. Please Give Info?

okay so I have had a restraining order against the father of my 6 year old since 2006.

He has NOT made any attempt to see her through the court.

He was awarded supervised visitation ONLY. but he never showed up to any of the meetings.

In the past 2 years he has been arrested twice I believe and he is also addicted to crystal meth.

QUESTIONS!!!!!!—-

Since he has made no attempt to see my child, is it likley that the court will give him any type of custody?

If I ask for his parental rights to be taken from him, Will they?

My fiance wants to adopt my child. How hard will it be to do that if the biological father still has parental rights

Anyone go through something like this here in CA?
