None, you would have to come in contact with blood. And if you do that blood would have to enter your body trough an open wound on your body. HIV is not carried in sliva. It is carried in blood and sex juices for lack of better words. And plus the virus dies when it hits the air.

“Sharing spoons or works” in an HIV prevention context has nothing to do with using spoons to eat with, and certainly nothing to do with sharing communion cups at Church.
The spoons they are talking about are spoons used to cook up drugs for intravenous use. Typically, a drug like heroin or amphetamines is added to water in a spoon and then heated using a candle or cigarette lighter to get it to dissolve.
“Works” is a term used to describe the equipment used for injecting drugs, including spoons, syringes and tourniquets.
The risk of HIV from sharing cups, spoons and other crockery and cutley used for eating or drinking (including at communion) is nil. It’s spoons used for preparing and injecting drugs that are the problem.
