When I smoked back 2 years ago, at age 14 I had a major addiction. I wanted to stop but had the same problem as you. My friend suggested that I drink green tea because he said it would curve my addiction, oddly it did. I hear this does not work for everyone but I know it worked for me. Was about a 2 month process. Now I do not smoke at all. I just have a major addiction to green tea.
