In Fringe (the TV show), when this gril’s heart stopped, Peter Bishop calls Dr. Walter ask him what to do to save the girl, Walter says “Do you have Cocaine?” Peter says “no” then they use electric.

That is fiction. Cocaine is not part of any sanctioned algorithm for any cardiac problems.

Cocaine does increase heart rate and blood pressure, but I’m sure no studies have been done to see if it is a suitable alternative to epinephrine.

Electricity is the first and best choice for the treatment of ventricular fibrillation. The drugs that we give only make the heart more susceptible to the electricity.
