How Can We Fix the Obesity Problem in America With an “it’S Not My Fault” Attitude?
Question by pretty little liar: How can we fix the obesity problem in America with an “it’s not my fault” attitude?
I hear so much that people who are obese “can’t help it” and that they have a “medical problem” or it’s just their genes that make them that way or a thousand other excuses. If that’s true them how come 50 years ago only about 12% of Americans were obese and now that number is around 30%? How can we fix the obesity problem with such attitudes? Now there is talk about making obesity a disability! It’s insanity.

I think you are absolutely right. People should not have the excuse “I can’t help it.” They just take comfort in eating food, and are too lazy to burn off the the calories that they just ate. If people have a balanced diet, and work out everyday, they would not be obese. That is very insane that people are talking about making obesity a disability, because people can help it.
