How Come My Mom Moved On?
Question by Anonymous: How come my mom moved on?
Hey guys, so I’m 15 years old, a girl. Anyway, when I was 9 my mom went to Russia to visit family but came back pregnant and married. She was away for 2 mo. Anyway, when she came back we (my bro, my mom, me) moved into a bigger house and when the guy came to live with us, everythin started going bad. Her husband was verbally, emot, and sometimes phys abusive to me and my bro. Anyway, when I was 12 I moved in with my real dad full time and its been pretty gd. Anyway, I haven’t kept contact. I don’t like her, she basically left me behind when this all happened. Lately I’ve been getting into the hardcore party scene, basically sex drugs and rocknroll lmao and for bout a yr i was fuxked up on drugs 100% of the time, so yea, my skool counselor talked to me about it and sent me to alternative skool because I’m “out of control”. I went to other prevention workshops too. When i went to this skool (i just got in to alt, skool) they basically asked me how this happened and thnk it started with my mom…So….what I’m wondering is why did my mom do this? Why would she or any mom leave their kids behind, turn their heads when theyre abused, and never talk to them again? I think what I’ve gotten into, and how I am now is coz of her not being there. My dad is never rlly around but at least its pcefull, instead of fighting and other bullsh it.
Plz no lectures about my dad, its all gd. I’m mostly “raised?” by my other older bro that I share dad’s with…u know, like advice and such. I’m pretty independant now, but this is a complete mystery to me. I think I would have turned out much different if my mom was there…I’m very matured becaus eof this experience, and I’m working things out, but what do you think about my mom?
