They are form of amphetamines

You can look up the chemical composition on line but not the formula to make them and it would be unethical too share that.

Amphetamines are controlled substances due to ease of toxicity they can induce if misused. there are many widely used drugs in this same class -bath salts being unregulated at the time they came out varied widely in quality and purity. They are all now illegal and regulated
