What are some “behind the scenes” thins that occur at a restaurant? Whether it is at a chef’s or managerial level, something always happens.
So what are some “secret” of a restaurant?

1. All cooks are either illegal immigrants, ex cons, or idiots with huge student loans used to get a worthless culinary arts degree that does nothing but land them working along side illegals and excons.
2. No matter how happy and friendly your server is, he/she HATES you.
3. Managers are useless to the rest of the operation.
4. That wasn’t chicken.
5. Any restaraunt is likely to be a good place to score Crystal Meth.
6. No one gives a sh!t that it’s your birthday.
7. I just spit in your food.
