Police: Severn Man Found With Heroin, Crack

Detectives searched Dillard's car and found 0.6 grams of heroin, 13.6 grams of crack cocaine and 2.9 grams of suspected marijuana. Together, the drugs had an estimated street value of about $ 1,350. Detectives also seized $ 576 in cash, along with the car.
