Day 4 Super Shaaaakey. – Moods good at the moment….does come and go drastically. Not alot of crying today just when i first woke up. I think the realization your gonna go through it all over again today kickstarts the depression, at least for me. Walking around helps but its next to impossible to do. Force it! Hand shake constanly which sucks cause typing is also next to impossible. Ready to get the next two days overwith.
