Erectile dysfunction is a broader term that includes a range of psychological issues like performance anxiety as well as physical conditions leading to erection problems.
Assuming you can get a normal erection at other times (eg in the morning when you wake up or when you masturbate) then you probably have a short-term/temporary condition related to the anxiety of losing your virginity or perhaps due to other relationship issues with this girl.
Make sure you take it slow and get each other fully aroused by plenty of foreplay before you race into penetrative sex. Try different positions/sexual activities that help you to become more aroused eg oral sex, massage oils etc. Try to become as relaxed as you can before sex and avoid alcohol or drugs that can interfere with your erection.
If you do continue to have problems, talk to a doctor about prescription medication for ED. You might only need a short-term course to help you get over temporary ED problem.
