Patients explore their strengths and challenges with regards to trust, intimacy, boundaries and self-acceptance. Equine Therapist, Laura Brinckerhoff, and her team of Equine professionals and safety support, work with patients in a group setting. Each patient at Cottonwood takes their turn in the round pen with a chosen horse. All work with the horses is provided on site at Cottonwood de Tucson. There is no riding or riding lessons.
