I work with a new employee and can see some similarities of being too nice etc., abuse. I came from a strong indoctrinated organization.

Your question doesn’t make any sense. But what I THINK you’re asking sounds like you’re trying to stir up a debate against Jehovah’s Witnesses, which is actually boring, its been done before! So NOT impressed!

JW’s do not indoctrinate anyone. Your new employee is “too nice, etc., abuse”??? When has being too nice been abusive or a result of guilt?

Really…. get a hobby!
