It’s quite the opposite. The name is obviously a pun that they use in one of the lyrics (“you smoke big dick”), “Dick” being short for Richard and “dick smoker” is an insult some people use. Furthermore, it also uses a lot of other insults like “you’re a chicken choker” and “little boys on crystal meth” doesn’t really sound like something people would sing about in a love song.
