My brother’s girlfriend just had a baby and her and the baby tested positive for meth. I’m wondering up until what point she was doing drugs?

Right at the end. my cousin also tested positive for meth. Meth only stays in your system for 3 days, as far as I know. So… she would have had to have done drugs very close to giving birth. Poor baby.
