Teens Report The Arts – The 3rd Annual East LA International & Youth Film Festival by Tela Sofa. When: Nov 11th & 12th, The 11th Opening night TELA SOFA presents its 3rd annual East LA International and Youth Film Festival. Screening short and feature films produced by East LA youth along with professional filmmakers nd students from around the world. Award ceremony honoring teens with “El Angel Conscience Art Award” and 2 digital cameras and more. This year we are showcasing short films from students from: Lawndale High School, Maywood Academy High School, City As School High School (NYC) , Boyle Heights High Scholl and Rikers Island Adolescent Educational Facility.
