Question by Goobery: What exactly happens if you overdose on an illegal drug and are taken to the hospital?
Okay… I’m 17 years old and I had a really bad anxiety attack and was taken to the emergency room. It was like a heart attack almost. My heart was racing and wouldn’t slow down.

My doctor said to me “have you taken any stimulants?” and I said no. and then he said “was it meth or cocaine?” and then he was like “we are going to find out anyway so you might as well just tell us now” and I was like “no I didn’t” and I overheard him talking to my parents and he was like “teenagers his age are always coming in from overdosing” and my parents were like “we don’t know if he does drugs or not”

then my doctor walked over to me after they gave me medicine for my heart to slow down. And then I had to pee in the cup…

I was clean like I told the doctor. But what would have happened if I wasn’t clean? would I have been taken to jail? What exactly can they do to you if you are taken to the emergency room from an overdose?
