Q&A: Fiancee Coming Up for Parole Will He Make It the First Time?

my fiancee has gone back to pin for parole violation&caught w/less than 2oz cocaine. he has been in for a about 1yr. now. he is up for parole in about 2-3months, he was assigned as a trustee, he has been moved to trustee camp, although has not taken any “classes” he cant do college he already has associates degree…he did not go in on an alcohol charge so cant take AA. when he goes up for parole is there a greater possibility than not that he makes parole the first time. or will it be like the lawyers say and he probably wont make parole the first go round but the second time he comes up for parole he gets it?
let me start by saying…hes on parole for selling not using drugs…hes by far not a thug on the corner…he goes for less than 2oz cocaine…had already violated parole b/c we moved out of state.hes been gone for about 1yr. hes not a trouble maker AT ALL. he was given the opportunity to be a trustee about couple months ago.he has been moved to a trusty camp. he has not had the opportunity to take any “classes” b/c hes not an alcoholic hes not a wife beater and he is too advanced educational wise to take any of the courses they off( he has aa,ba)up for parole in about 2-3 months…what is the possibility that he will come up for parole the first time considering the fact he is a trusty….AND PLEASE IF YOU HAVE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS GIVE THEM TO SOMEONE ELSE
