WALLINGFORD – The Wallingford Elks Lodge 1365 is stepping in where the town’s D.A.R.E. program left off by hosting Milton Creagh, a nationally recognized motivational speaker, to discuss substance abuse prevention Wednesday night at Lyman Hall High School.
