I know its a crazy question! I swear Im not trying to buy drugs, lol. I am writing a major paper for College Composition Class, based on Drugs in Juvenile Justice. So my teacher tod me to not try to cover all drugs because there is so many and all the information would be overwhelming. She suggested I pick a drug, and the juvenile could be a victim of drug addicted parents, a drug abuser, or a dryg dealer. So as you can see this can go many different ways. However when I looked up what is the most abused drug, It was marijuana…. But what shocked me is that juveniles are abusing pills almost more than any other drug. I realize it conflicts with kids who have ADD, or ADHD, because they are truly being prescribed a medicine. But what about the kids who arent, and are taking them??? And the pain pill abuse among kids is ridiculous, they buy them or steal them, lol. So if anyone has any info on how much dif types of meds are that would be great~I did find out on yahoo that oxycontins are 50cent – a mg, but what about vicodin or lortab, percocet, xanax, adderall, anything else that may be abused, thanks for any suggestions

Im not saying the answers because i’ve bought drugs because i haven’t but i can tell you that this type of stuff does interest me. My father was a police officer for 14 years and i read a lot of files he had brought home. I will give you updated info on what it is. Oxycontin comes in certain types of mgs. Such as i believe 10, 20, 40, 80, then a 160 but the 160mgs is only avalible in canada for cancer patients. Oxycontin sells for half the mg’s so a 40mgs would be for one pill. But it also depends on the rarity and the demand of the prescription drugs in the area so the price can jump or drop. Anytype of hydrocodone or oxycodone is the most bought on the streets today confirmed by state police surveys. Hydrocodone being Vicodin, Lortab, Norco and Oxycodone either being Percocet, Endocet, Percodan and so on. Most people confuse Oxycodone with the Oxy Contin and yes Oxy Contin is a base Oxycodone but yet also it has hydrochloride its completely different than tylenol and Oxycodone. So try not to get those mixed up when you do a report thats acutally one fact that a lot of people miss. But pain killers are the most demanded drug on the streets today. And yes its highly addictive, but also it can be used for good reasons for chronic pain, etc. But the price on the pill varies, from the charts when i last checked it labeled every pill at every street price this was about a year and half ago most cops carried it around to identify pills and such. Vicodin depending on the mg can run from a .50-.00. Percocet or any oxycodone substance can run from about .00-.00 for a single pill. Most ADD and ADHD pills run for a lot lower street price because of the lower demand most kids in highschool take it to concentrate or some may even take it to get high it all depends on the person who sells it and who buys it really. Every bit of this information I’ve given you has been from watching documentaries and job charts from my fathers police work i hope this helped you out a bit.
