Why Are Doctors Allowed to Prescribe Adderall, (Similar to Meth) When a Person Says “I Cant Concentrate”?

Question by jaedacoy: Why are doctors allowed to prescribe adderall, (similar to meth) when a person says “i cant concentrate”?
how is that acceptable. ?
i mean unless u have a severe severe form, I dont think this is safe, and dont doctors know people will abuse it? the college scene is crawling with adderall users..
it kinda makes me think.. if teachers and bosses and everyone says a person is doing better work on adderall, and their aware the person takes stimulants.. than would they be okay with excellent work that is produced from a cocaine binge?
where is the ethics there?
i think schools are overloading students with work and then almost expectign them to ruin their health to achieve unhuman unhealthy standards.
do professors, institutions, the government, the FDA and society really think putting the body into constant over-stress is normal? and that we should be drugging those individuals who are not naturally attentive or cant keep up with the demands?
i mean..doesnt everyone have a different learning style? and different limits?
where is the ethics there?
and dont tell me college is a choice.. because at this point people are killing themselves over finals at NYU.. and their is a degree of mental abuse that goes on in those institutions..
and once you break a child down in this education system .. its hard for them to wake up one day and say.. i have a choice..

If you know of a doctor who prescribes drugs without a proper medical exam, tell your local medical society.
