Our Nations New Anti-Meth Law


On October 1, 2006, most of the provisions in the Combat Methamphetamine Epidemic Act took effect. Congressman Mark Souder was the author of much of the bill, which President Bush had signed into law in March. The law represented the most comprehensive anti-meth bill ever passed by Congress. Congressman Souder discusses the changes that happened as a result of this law and what those changes will do.
