Junk Food:A Menace to Your Health

On the upstream, there is lack of returning blood to the heart. This causes two damages to the heart: 1) heart fatigues by the continuous extra effort it makes and 2) lack of proper flow in oxygen supply. Remedying this condition is time consuming and requires a great amount of will to win.

High Cholesterol?

Cooking oil commercials (if you’ve ever paid attention) tell us that cholesterol is evil. Apart from forming plaques and constricting arteries, cholesterol also affects liver where it is metabolized. Ironic then that your consumption of junk food has a bucket-full of cholesterol and that kind of diet strains the liver, damaging it eventually. This is a long term effect. Hope you paid attention long enough to know what junk food can do to you. Beware as the lure is strong enough to get you addicted and you won’t be able to kick it off before it’s too late.
