42 Meth labs for a town with 7,000 people? This works out to 1 meth lab for every 166 people in town. Subtracting the children from the population and it would appear that everyone in the town probably either uses or knows someone who uses meth. Any dentists looking for busy small town work?

Is this what they mean by small town values?

That could account for most of the teenagers there being pregnant.
