Why can’t some people say no to gambling?
Gambling addicts come in all walks of life. A recent public example is Vincent Frustaci. The former chief deputy in the Stark County treasurer’s office faces federal prison, after he admitted last month to stealing $ 2.46 million in county-controlled funds. If what he said in a statement to the press is true, he probably was a pathological gambler, an addict.
