I’m a podiatrist who is considering moving from my hometown in Detroit. I want to find a safer place to raise my family, yet I don’t want to give up the privilege of smoking crack in the middle of the street in broad daylight. My job enables me to move anywhere I want in the country. Except for ohio. Which neighborhood would be ideal for me?
