Alright, so im totally tanorexic, and addicted to dark skin. I used to spray tan, but i work out alot, so i would have to go get resprayed more often than usual. And when i tan out in my yard, of on my roof, i still don’t tan as much as i know i could. My mom told me that when she was a teenager, that she and her friends would use olive oil, and mix in a little Iodine with it, and rub it on their skin, and they would basically turn BLACK! Olive oil, Check! … but where in the world can i find iodine? i’ve been to every drug store around here, but they don’t sell iodine in stores anymore, because it’s an active ingrediant in what they use to make meth.
So if anyone knows where i can find some Iodine for my skin, it would be helpful. thanks.

Olive Oil is used in many tanning lotions, but iodine? Im not sure about that one..not sure if that one is safe.
Its best to use a tanning bed, and use a lotion such as one with a higher bronzer in it. Mataharis “Dark Sexy Tan” is always nice.
Or, for a while use just a good accelerator lotion so you can get a natural dark looking tan, then start using a high level bronzer.
When you go to the salon and have developed an even base tan, use the tanning beds with more bulbs/higher watts.
I, such as you, LOVE to tan. I feel better when I have a nice rich tan, and look better.
Keep your skin moisturized ALWAYS, drink plenty of water, eat right!
