When You Have a Child With Special Needs, Point Do You Sacrifice Family Time for Rehabilitation Services?

We adopted two children out of a drug house. It was a bad situation. We just had some tests run on the older one, who took most of the abuse. Now the psychologist wants us to add a whole new battery of services to his weekly schedule.
