I’ve got a nasty cold and I want to take a decongestant. Phenylephrine (the active ingredient in Sudafed) always gives me horrible headaches. Any alternatives? I liked pseudoephedrine but it’s no longer available in my area because people kept misusing it to manufacture meth.
