Your topic is very interesting.
If you will have a questionnaire for an 18 year old subject, you should choose frank questions instead of literal ones.
Like..
What genre of music do you prefer?
Do you want to enter a co-ed school? (schools with female and male students)
to whom do you share your problems?
are you open to family-raising conversations?
what type of magazine interests you most?
what genre of books do you read?
have you ever been involved in a serious relationship?
do you spend time with your siblings?
do you prefer to be the only child of your parents?
what kind of food interests you most?
are you open to study foreign traditions?

=)
just keep the questions flowing and interesting. 18 year-olds tend to answer “what they must” than “what they are”.
