Back when I was a kid, in the ’70s, the common amphetamines available on the street were yellow jackets, black beauties and crosstops. What is the difference between crosstops and today’s meth? I remember one junkie classmate used to reference “crystal,” too… was he talking about meth, or something else? I’m trying to gain a grasp of how the drug culture has changed in 35 years, and to understand why and/or how today’s drug culture is so much more dangerous than the one I grew up seeing around me. Please, serious and genuine answers only… thanks!
