Question by COOL WATER: What is the best cure for a smoking addiction?
I currently smoke about a pack a day. I have tried cutting it down to 5 or 6 a day..but I can’t seem to stick to it.

Maybe try Chantix? I know someone who tried it and he didn’t quit entirely but reduced the #. I exercized more to quit- it was hard to breathe while running or working out and now it’s easier since quitting. Good luck.
