What Is a Good, Stock, Single Speed, Rigid, Mountain Bike for Aggresive City Riding and No Trail?

I’m 5’11, 200 lbs, and looking for something like a large bmx bike , light, but can take abuse. I’m looking to spend about $500, new or used. Some tips on a quick build in those specs would be good too. Thanks.
