Question by Tammy Whitmire: What could the possible punishment be?
If you currently have a SIS, probation for 2 years, 20 hours community service, drug/alcohol treatment, random UA’s and anger management for domestic violence. Then you get a DWI (prior offender) what could the punishment be?
SIS is Suspended Imposition of Sentence and we are in the state of Missouri. Sorry!
