What Can Be Done Prior to Sentencing in Attempt to Recieve Lenient Sentence for a Poss Meth in Oregon?

Is there certain things that will show the court that you do not deserve a felony conviction or to help eleviate sentencing costs and requirements when found guilty on possession of meth paraphenilia in oregon. What can I do to show responsibility and acceptance of guilt when I have no funding available for treatment.
