What Are Ways to Get Help Without Turning to an Adult?

Question by Milly: What are ways to get help without turning to an adult?
Okay like in my other questions about what to do with my depression problems, i am offically NOT going to any counseling or seeing an adult (out of my own decision). So are there ways to get help without reaching an adult? Are there ways to stop cutting without counseling?
