What Are the Effects of the Chemical Napethine on the Body.?

Question by Im Worried: What are the effects of the chemical Napethine on the body.?
I work as an intern at a well known buisiness and we have to clean metals and remove stickers with Napethine (im sort of sure thats what it is called) and I,m worried that it has an effect on you body. Please I kneed to know. Someone please help.

you mean chemical napthalene, smells nasty, its the stuff they put in moth balls allthough moth balls only contain about 20% napathalene.. it is harmfull as it gets absorbed through your skin ( not all of it but some), it is a petroleum distillate that is generally toxic to the body and it can make you dizzy if you inhale too much of it (not recommended).. gloves may not help as youll still get the fumes and besides, it probably melts most rubber gloves!!
