Santa Barbara police arrest 25 drivers for DUI over last three weeks
Santa Barbara Police officers arrest 25 people for DUI-related offenses over the past three weeks. The department says its part of their on-going effort to make DUI enforcement a priority. Officers say many of those 25 drivers had blood-alcohol levels much higher than the .08 limit.
