Off-Off-Broadway. Broadway in St. Louis, that is, just steps from The Arch — a hot tourist destination replete with bustling restaurants, casinos, and dance clubs.
Off the beaten path, however, is this sprawling industrial area along the Mississippi River. Here you’ll find a wonderfully picturesque bike trail for the upwardly mobile and classical art sculptures. You’ll also find once gorgeous abandoned warehouses now canvases to talented graffiti artists and home to a crystal meth-ish crowd.
Off-off Broadway, to be sure. More like modern and wholly entertaining Theater of the Absurd.
